The People

Realise Media is at heart, a collective. A collective of digital minds who together can create brilliance.

Aaron Beashel

Just two loves; Advertising & Surfing. Hailing from Sydney’s Northern Beaches he completed his Bachelor of Business at Southern Cross University before starting digital agency Realise. Having worked across brands such as Reed Business Information, AA Travel Guides and Microsoft Books, he likes to think he knows a bit about new media marketing and is the personality behind much of the company’s communications, including the blog and twitter accounts.

You can see more of his ramblings in his blog, or connect with him on Twitter or LinkedIn.

Max Wagner

Lisa Brown is another Northern Beaches inhabitant that has joined the Launchpad6 team. With 15 years of experience in senior marketing roles for the likes of PepsiCo, Village Roadshow and EMI Music she was the perfect person to be Marketing Director. Unfortunately, Aaron just wouldn't budge so Lisa took up the post of Business Development Manager, working across our key market segments to develop and nurture long-term relationships.

Lisa holds a Masters Degree in Management – Marketing from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and you can connect with her on LinkedIn.

Rhys Bryant

Rhys Bryant is lead programmer at Launchpad 6 Pty Ltd and is responsible for writing the thousands of lines of code that make the Launchpad6 Video Platform so good. Rhys has a Diploma in Database Management and a Certificate IV in Networking as well as Cisco CCNA II Certificate. He started teaching himself programming languages at the age of 16 and over the past 5 years has taught himself PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL.

Tey Bannerman

Tey Bannerman is a Brisbane inhabitant who claims to be a 'wizened XHTML/CSS master and jQuery tiger'. We lured him to Launchpad6 to help make it look and function as good as it does and his wealth of experience working across brands like Porsche, Subaru and Mitsubishi has helped bring Launchpad6 to life. He applies his impeccable design eye across both our development and marketing functions and you are just as likely to find him bringing boring documents to life as you are pouring over lines of code.

In his downtime, he runs the entertainment site Groove Magazine and you can connect with him on Twitter, LinkedIn or teybannerman.com.

Alex Haumer

Alex Haumer is a young but hard-working country boy we managed to entice to the big city. When he isn't sitting in traffic on the M2, Alex can usually be found chipping away on our client sites and is responsible for most of our client customisations. Whilst his Diploma in Web Development is all well and good, it's his hardworking and committed nature that impressed us most and he is frequently seen burning the midnight oil in the office (though that could be because he hates that pesky M2 traffic). In his spare time he likes riding horses, cracking whips and other stereotypical country boy activites.
